It started with a refusal to accept the standard. We didn't set out to build another volleyball club. We set out to build a high-performance engine.
In 2022, we looked at the landscape of Queensland volleyball and saw a gap. There were places to play, but few places to compete with rigorous structure.
We founded CVC on a single, non-negotiable premise: To lead in delivering experiences that demand effort, fuel performance, and build character.
We are not here to participate. We are here to set the pace. To be a leader amongst leaders.
To be Queensland’s leading force in volleyball. Grounded in growth, driven by results, and recognised as the state's most-loved club.
We are building a pathway that leads directly to the 2032 Brisbane Games. Every training block, every rep, and every investment is aligned with that ten-year target.
The name wasn't random.
It is the blueprint for our athlete DNA.
High performance isn't just about winning points; it's about lifting the community.
Through the CVC Outreach Fund, we commit 2.5% of every club transaction to frontline charities focused on humanitarian aid, women’s rights, and mental health.
Aligned with brands that share our drive for excellence.
