The mission of CVC Talent is to support and advance the talented players within our club who may have been selected to play or participate at the state or national level.
Through this program, players may be eligible to receive financial assistance to subsidise all or a portion of their fees.
Players can reapply to CVC Talent as many times as they would like.
With CVC Talent, we are stronger together.
HOW WE CAN HELP
The selection of players for CVC Talent will be based on the following criteria:
(1) Training attendance;
(2) Individual performance and performance within a team;
(3) Attitude and behaviour both on and off the court;
(4) Previous subsidisation through CVC Talent; and
(5) Any other criteria that our club deems reasonable.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon receiving an application, we will schedule an informal chat with the player to discuss the opportunity, their short-term and long-term goals in the sport, and how it might impact on their participation within the Club.
Everything you tell us will be confidential and assessed on a case-by-case basis. You can nominate someone to discuss this opportunity if you prefer (e.g., a friend or family member).
